This test holds 20% weightage and is conducted exclusively for MBA applicants. Analytical thinking is assessed in this Group Discussion. A panel with at least two faculty members assesses the candidate. Once this test is completed, candidates undergo Personal Interviews. A final review of credentials is conducted, and then a reference check is completed. 

Padmashree Institute of Management and Sciences MBA is a full-time programme offered through its Faculty of Management. The duration of the postgraduate degree programme is two years. PIMS MBA admission is based on the national-level entrance exams.
