Though not compulsory, pursuing MBA after some work experience (2-3 years is considered ideal) is always beneficial as it helps in relating to the overall MBA study curriculum in a better way. Also, work experience is given a significant weightage during the admission process of almost all the top B-Schools, thus gaining an edge over the freshers.

Nizam College isn't a great option at all for pursuing MBA as it doesn't rank even under the top 50 colleges across India. Better avoid it and aim only for the reputed ones.
