12-year experience in Hotel management is an advantage if you are looking for Masters in the Hospitality sector. You can target for GMAT and pursue 1-year executive MBA from institutes like Great Lakes, ISB-Hyderabad, MDI-Gurgaon or IIMs.

MBA in finance is a good option after B.COM. SRMU-Lucknow is a good college, with a decent ROI. 120 batch strength. If you can prepare for 1 more year and try MBA entrance exam this year, you can target for top premier B-Schools known for Finance.

No, you are not eligible. Cutoff will be more than 50 percentile for the 3rd round.

There is no reservation for SC candidates in NMIMS. Reservation of seats are for the widows/wards of armed forces personnel killed/disabled in action or during peace time and wards of Kashmiri migrants.
