Hello Anurag! Yes, PGDM is slightly better as it is more practical in nature and in sync with the latest industry trends than MBA. https://www.shiksha.com/mba/resources/faq-1#8 Kindly visit this link for more details.

There aren't any great colleges for MBA in Noida except Amity, so there is no great scope. Better try for top colleges based in New Delhi (FMS, IIFT, IMI, IIT) or Gurgaon (MDI).

Hello Mridul!
IP University doesn't feature even under the top 50 colleges in India for pursuing MBA, thus it is not a good option. Avoid it if possible!

Hello Sagar! In graduation, you need to score at least 50% aggregate marks. To get into a top college for MBA in Finance, aim a score of 99+ percentile in CAT. Having work experience is not compulsory, but it's advised you work for around 2 years(if you get a good job). Top colleges for MBA in Finance:-
IIMs - Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Lucknow
JBIMS, NMIMS, SP Jain, Sydenham - Mumbai
MDI - Gurgaon
FMS - New Delhi

As per the placement, IMIS and DBS are in the same boat. As per the infrastructure, DBS is slightly better than IMIS but the fees is very less in IMIS as compared to DBS i.e. 2 lacs for IMIS and 6.5 lacs for DBS (PGDM).

Priti, it will be a good option to go for dual specialization. The specializations chosen by you too are good one. For a more insight into the specializations you can meet the departmental people in the university. They will be able to guide you better.

I think the IFBS college is best for PGDM. It has all the facilities for the students with good faculty members. It also has good placement opportunities for the students.
