IIM Indore is the best Institute in India for integrated MBA program. Launched by IIM Indore in 2011, the five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) is the first of its kind in India. The programme has been accredited by the Association of MBAs, London (4th and 5th year). It is a unique and creative programme meant for young students with managerial and leadership aspirations

M.Tech is a postgraduate degree in technology and will make you a specialist based on your M.Tech specialisation. Whereas MBA is a generic management degree open to graduates of all disciplines. If you are technically oriented and want to become a specialist engineer then you may opt for M.Tech, else you may opt for MBA to become non technical generalist after B.Tech.

Of course, the institute and course both are good enough. It's basically a short cut to an IIM and is thus a considerable option. The IPMers in their 4th and 5th year get merged with the PGP batch and thus gets same facilities, professors and exposure. Initially, recruiters weren't willing to take in IPM participants but now their acceptance has greatly increased. Frankly, IPM is not BBA+MBA but just IPM, in which it's optional to do undergraduate from IGNOU alongside, concurrently.

As of date, you do not have competitive spirit to excel, therefore, I advise you to have confidence in your abilities to succeed in any chosen task and field. You are advised to opt for integrated MBA program as it has more scope and opportunities in comparison to law.

Eligibility criteria to seek admission in MBA IT is graduation degree in any discipline although some B-Schools prefer IT background students. You can pursue B.Com, BBA or BCA to do MBA IT as per your choice. You will only get pre-sales support roles, Business Analyst, Sales & Marketing, and Account Management roles after MBA IT in IT or ITES companies.
