You have to take entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, etc. to get admission in the top management colleges in India. Basically, GMAT is for getting admission in top foreign management colleges, but some of the top colleges in India do accept GMAT scores.

You have to appear in the IIFT entrance test that happens every year in November and obtain above cut-off marks to appear in the subsequent GD-PI-WAT rounds. Visit the official IIFT website - www.iift.edu for latest updates and admission information. All the Best!

Best option is to sit for CAT and target to score higher percentile (atleast 98 percentile). As you have just completed 10th, try to score at least 80-85 percent in 12th and prepare well for CAT during graduation.

It depends on the kind of career you're looking forward to. If you have a relevant background and you can continue in the same field, then well and fine. But, if you're looking for money over interest, go for regular MBA.
