To seek admission in an executive MBA program, you don't need to appear for an open test. The admission criteria is simple minimum 50% marks at graduation level & a experience certificate/NOC from your employer confirming that you have 3 + years of experience.
You need to check the admission process for the specific college wherein you intend to seek admission for more details.

No, it's not necessary to have any work experience for getting admission in MBA through CAT. You can start preparing for CAT in the third year of B.Com.

Career launcher is better since TIME is not up to to the mark, now. You can opt for IMS too.

You can opt for either Bull's Eye or TIME. Both the institutes are good for the preparation of CAT exam.

First, you should qualify GMAT and TOEFL exam. Score good marks in both the exams. Work experience is preferred by the universities. Try to get a scholarship. It is very expensive to pursue higher education in an American university.

MBA entrance exam is in itself a demanding preparation. In my opinion, it would be better to give your best shot to clear the entrance rather than going for CA article ship. This is because if your exam gets cleared and you are able to seek admission in one of the IIMs, then sky is the limit as far as your career is concerned. Thus, focus on one course at a time. You will definitely succeed.
