If you want to go for distance open course then IGNOU would be better as this is a government university so it has more value as well. Both IGNOU and Amity are well recognised universities and offer a plethora of courses in distance learning mode. They both are even approved by the University Grants Commission and Distance Education Bureau which means the degree of all the coursed.
