Both are equally rewarding and unique in their own ways. It all depends upon your interests and career aspirations. If you're from a Commerce background, then Finance is more suited for you.

MBA is a management course and it is 2 years course. It is a master degree and it has many scopes and job opportunities. After you will get good job and also get good salary package.

There are multiple functional specialisations in MBA such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, IT, SCM, Logistics, Operations, Systems, General Management or sector specific specialisations like Travel & Transportation, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, etc. One must chose MBA specialization based on his or her interests, educational background, prior job experience and personality, skills and competencies.

Yes, anyone who has completed graduation is eligible for MBA. So, you can pursue PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) after completing your B.Sc.

Hi,
MBA generally asks for 50% graduation marks. You won't get any good MBA colleges for marketing with 45% in B.Com. You should choose a better field than MBA that does not look at your graduation marks. Good luck!

Hey Varsha!
You need to register yourself with the DTE website and as you've not given CMAT, you can get admission on the basis of your qualifying exams. The seat will be allotted only in second counselling as first counselling is held for CMAT students.

Placements: Placements of our batch were pretty good. 70-80% are already placed and still, companies are coming for campus placements. Marketing has the highest placement percentage this time. Almost 95% students are placed. Telecom, FMCG, electronics, hospitals, banks, financing etc are few sectors from where companies visited for campus placement. Roles offered by them are management trainee, assistant managers, relationship managers etc.
