Hi Aishwarya, It's your choice as both are good. It depends on what you want to do and in which field you have more interest. Just follow in which you feel satisfied. According to me, both HR and marketing are good. Both have a good scope good salary package, it's just what you want to do. Just follow your instinct, all the best.

The cut-off percentile for PGDM in marketing in XLS, Ranchi last year was 65%ile.

It was more than 55 percentile in CMAT and more than 50 in XAT or CAT.

You can definitely convert, provided you do well in your GD/PI.
