MBA in HR is a good career choice provided you have people management skills and you enjoy social interaction & helping others to overcome their problems. MBA from Tier I college( IIM, XLRI, FMS etc) will put you on spring board of success. If you do MBA from Tier II and below business school, you may have to struggle in first 2 or 3 years to catch up with those who do MBA from Tier I colleges. I am of the opinion it is a good career choice.

MBA in fashion management doesn't really assure you of a good job afterwards as Merchandisers required for the job of management are generally hired after B.Design courses and promoted to next levels. But this doesn't mean it doesn't have any scope. You can consider other available options having good scope like marketing and finance and HR. Salary depends on multiple factors like your performance, company, university etc. Also choose a best college for better opportunities. Some best MBA school suggestion
