MBBS Eligibility

KJSMC admission to MBBS is based on NEET UG scores. Candidate, who have completed Class 12 with PCB along with English as one of the main subjects with an aggregate of 50 %, can apply for admission.  The final selection will be based on the NEET UG marks.

Candidate applying for MD /MS programme, need to register for NEET PG . The final selection will be based on NEET PG scores.

The applicant must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board. A minimum of 45% for the general category and 40% for the reserved category is required in the 10+2 examination with physics, chemistry and biology as compulsory subjects.

To be eligible for MBBS programme, candidate must have passed Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate in PCB stream with English as a compulsory subject.

To be eligible for MBBS at Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Must have passed Class XII examination in PCB or PCM subjects along with English.
• Must have a valid NEET-UG score followed by counseling.

It is important to note that 85% of seats at Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences are reserved for candidates belonging to the state of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.

In order to get into MBBS at Amrita Vidya Vishwapeetham, Kochi, students’ must meet the below eligibility criteria:

• Admission of candidates is based on the centralized online allotment list published in the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) website
• NEET UG qualified candidates (both General and NRI category) who have been allotted to Amrita School of Medicine by the MCC, New Delhi are eligible to report for admission
• To be eligible for MBBS, General category students must have passed Class 12 with 50% aggregate

The minimum eligibility criteria to apply for the MBBS programme at AIIMS Bhubaneswar is that the candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 60% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PWBD) from a recognised board. Additionally, the candidate must have English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects. Meeting this criteria is necessary for aspiring candidates to be considered for admission to the MBBS programme at AIIMS Bhubaneswar.

JIS School of Medical Science and Research offers a full-time MBBS course. Candidates need to fulfil the required eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the course. The eligibility criteria is:

• Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board and must have passed with a minimum of 50% in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually.
• Candidates must have qualified for the NEET examination and obtained a minimum score of 50th percentile in NEET 2023.

Candidates are selected for the MBBS course at JIS School of Medical Science and Research on the basis of marks secured in the NEET exam.
