Hi Gunjan,
If you are going to study in Ukraine. Then, all the expenses will be done by you. For going to university from hostel, you need to pay the metro charges. You can apply for passes on monthly basis, if you are travelling daily. Best of luck.

In private college, you can easily take admission without any domicile for this course. There reservation in the government colleges.

Yes, she can easily get admission in any of the government college of Bihar but for that see has to wait till the last round of the counselling.

Yes, both MBBS and BAMS courses are provided in Delhi University. For BAMS admissions you need to have a good NEET score get a seat in the college. For MBBS, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, will conduct DU MBBS 2019 admission process for filling UG medical and dental seats in the participating institutes.

A government college on the basis of this score is quite low at the chance unfortunately. It is suggested that you prepare for the exam again and write the paper next year. Try to score more than 450 marks or so. This will keep you on the safe side as the cutoff keeps on changing year by year. Also, the paper was kind of easy as compared to the last year so the cutoff might be higher slightly. If you don't want to prepare for another year, then it is suggested that you go for another courses in the same discipline, such as biotechnology or B.Sc. Etc. Also, if you want to prepare again, you can also apply for medical exams other than NE
