No, there is no such kind of medical college. And, be sure when you go for medical entrance, please don't choose any private or non-official university or college for MBBS. Go for official entrance exam such as NEET AFMC, JIPMER AIIMS. Good luck student. Be a successor.

Although I know you are just asking question for fun, because let's be honest, nobody in India does a job based only on MBBS. Even if they do, it is only a temporary thing. I'll make up a list of things you can do after MBBS. Pick one. Join a PHC as medical officer and get experience counted as marks in PG exam.
Join a government medical college as a junior resident/house officer in a field of your choice, obviously without giving any exam, just a temporary job. Study more and get a proper post-graduation, it'll definitely increase your income by 10 times in private sector.
If you couldn't clear proper PG exams for MD/MS and DNB, go for

Hi Chinmay, if you are planning to study medicine abroad, then I have to say that Netherlands is not a very good option mainly, because it is not open to international students. Studying medicine in Netherlands consists of three main routes, there is no MBBS per say but the following routes apply -
1. B.Sc. In medicine which is typically of 3 years
2. M.Sc. In medicine which is again of 3 years
After completing M.Sc. Students will have to undergo an additional year of medical training in hospitals. Highly competitive and held only in Dutch language options are not feasible. You may try taking the UKCAT and apply for MBBS in UK instead.

Hi Chinmay, NEET is not mandatory to study MBBS abroad till now. If you want to later practice there you have to clear the country specific medical council exams which are as competitive as MCI in India.

Hi Monika,
For MBBS entrance exam, if you clear NEET, the fee structure will depends on the colleges. If you are in SC Category, then the fees will be normally less than 30% to 40% compared to other categories.
