If you belong to the general category, you have quite fewer chances of getting admission for MBBS at MS Ramaiah College because of high cutoffs. If you belong to any reserved category, then you have relatively higher chances of getting admission with this rank. MS Ramaiah Medical College is a private institution with a high cut-off rank, meaning you might need a significantly higher score to secure a seat. However, depending on your category and the availability of seats, you may still be selected during the counselling process.

With 374 marks in NEET 2024, it is very unlikely to get admission in a government college with a state quota even if you belong to the OBC category. Although you have not mentioned your state, the cutoff for state quota seats is generally high, and your marks are not sufficient. However, it depends on the specific state and college you are applying to; it's recommended to check the state-wise cut-offs for the OBC category to be sure.

With 372 marks in NEET, you can easily get admission in MBBS colleges with the SC category. You have good chances of getting a private seat and low chances of getting a government seat. The chances for a government seat are lower because of the high cutoff of government colleges due to the low availability of seats and high competition. As you belong to the SC category, this will help you to secure the seat more easily as compared to other categories.

No, you'll not be join a medical college if you have scored 126 marks & 39.27 percentile in NEET even if you belong to PWD category. The minimum qualifying marks for this category is 45% which means you need to score slightly higher to qualify. So you are suggested to reappear for the exam and score a higher rank to get admission into a medical college.

The MBBS cutoff and fees of the said colleges differ according to categories and admission quotas. Sri Siddhartha Institute of Medical Sciences (SSIMRC), T. Begur had a cutoff of approximately 534-567 marks in 2024, with fees of INR 17.75 Lacs per year for the management quota and $50,000 per year for NRI students. Sri Siddhartha Medical College (SSMC), Tumkur, Al-Ameen Medical College, Bijapur, and Srinivas Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangalore cutoffs and fees are not easily available. For the most recent and correct information, the candidates may visit the official websites or approach the concerned admissions offices.

To be eligible to get admitted for MBBS in India, you need to have passed Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) separately in Class 12 with 50% of aggregate marks (40% marks for SC/ST/OBC) from a recognised board. As you could not pass in Chemistry theory, you might require clearing the supplementary exam prior to appearing for NEET UG counseling. If you clear Chemistry and pass the PCB percentage requirement, you can go for MBBS if you perform well in NEET UG. Ask NMC (National Medical Commission) guidelines or respective institutions about any particular eligibility criteria.

Scoring 398 marks in NEET under SC category could pose difficulties in obtaining admission into government medical colleges for MBBS since cutoffs have been on the higher side in recent times. For example, the qualifying marks of NEET 2024 for the SC category were between 116 and 93.

105 marks in NEET is a very low score to get even a private college and that too with EWS catagory. Your marks are much lower than the cutoffs of private institutes in Karnataka. However, there might be a slim chance in the final rounds of counseling or for a very low-ranked private institution but that is almost impossible. You are suggested to reappear for the exam and get a good score so that you can get admission in a good college.
