Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 129 and closing rank was 129. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in Vardhman Mahavir Medical College is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam NEET. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

There are no direct admission for MBBS in NIMS University as the admission are based on the candidates NEET - UG score. According to your score the chances are not completely zero but is definitely low to get admission in the University still you can try.

Your score is quite low for admission to government medical colleges but you have the chance of getting admissions in private colleges, such as:
ABSMIDS Mangalore - AB Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences, Mangalore.
ACDS Secunderabad - Army College of Dental Sciences, Secunderabad.
ACFA Jalandhar - Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar.
These are few top rated private colleges.
