For MBBS admission in India, candidates must score at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination. For SC, ST, and OBC category candidates, the minimum marks required for MBBS admission are 40%. Candidates receiving score between 500-525 is considered the average score that enables the candidate to get a rank between 60855 to 85025
It seems tough to get a medical college with 520 marks. However you can expect a good government medical college in your state quota. You have low chances of getting a seat in government medical college with this rank but you can get private colleges.

These websites often publish cutoff ranks or scores for different categories (such as General, OBC, SC, ST, etc. ). Based on the previous year's admissions. You have not provided state rank, domicile, category, etc. , so it is difficult to predict with accuracy the college. According to your All India Rank, you have very little chance of getting admission there.
