For your General information, three types of colleges are there:
1 is government.
2 is Private.
3 is Semi government
Nearly in government college for 1 year, you have approximately 30 to 40 thousand
In private, approximately 20 lacs for 1 year
And in semi government, you have to pay approximately 40 lacs for the same.
If you pay more, you will get into MBBS.

There are many such colleges which you can get under 50 Lacs and NEET rank 50000, but you need to specify your category and the state you belong to, as some states allow only the candidates of their state only.

615 is a good marks, so you can expect for a good government college. If you belong to all India quota, then you expect government medical colleges like IGGMC, TNMC, LTTMC and also AFMC this are best colleges.

Yes, but only correspondence, not regular coz MBBS is a regular full time course, so you can pursue correspondence degrees, diplomas etc. Along with your MBBS course as per the latest UGC guideline. All the best.
