Yes, MBBS colleges in Russia do take your grade XII scores into consideration as a part of their admission process. For general candidates, the minimum score requirement is 50% or above in Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB). Whereas, the SC, ST & OBC candidates must score at least 40% in all the three subjects mentioned above.

In order to pursue MBBS abroad, the minimum qualifying NEET score is 162 or higher for General candidates. Whereas, for SC, ST & OBC candidates, the minimum score requirement is 127or above. Hence, the same is applicable for a Russian medical university. Note that your NEET score is valid for three years in a Russian medical college.

BVSc and MBBS are both challenging courses in their own ways; one cannot pin a certain course as hard or easy without considering several other factors associated with it. For instance, any two degrees cannot be compared unless the individual capabilities, interests, strengths, and weaknesses are considered alongside. Talking about the above courses, both are known to be demanding and rigorous. BVSc focuses on dealing with animal health, while MBBS requires in-depth knowledge of human medicine and patient diagnosis.
