As per the Medical Council of India, any Indian student who has completed his/her MBBS from a foreign country has to appear and clear MCI screening test in order to practice in India. This examination is conducted twice in a year and there is no cap for appearing in this examination.

Getting chance in government medical college in MBBS is negligible.

According to your NEET Score, there may be chances of getting a seat in MBBS.
