The only drawback of BCA+MCA over B.Tech is that you will have to spend 1 extra year in BCA+MCA but I would suggest you to go for BCA+MCA because it makes your fundamentals strong if you are not from computers background. Also, there is less unnecessary pressure and workload in BCA so that you can focus on your skills better. As far as salary is concerned, to an exceptionally skilled person there is no limit. But even if you are sound at coding and have some good logic then your minimum salary will start from 25k to 30k and with your skills, your salary will increase exponentially.

Do not keep your eyes salary, if you happen to be a good candidate, you ll earn well. Just work on gaining excellence.

School Of Computer And Information Sciences, University Of Hyderabad, Hyderabad
This institute stands apart from all others in terms of the number and range of electives that it offers to its students. The department is pretty dynamic and the faculty is constantly striving to offer the latest in terms of technology to its students. Compared to the facilities offered the fee structure here is pretty much justified (it is somewhere close to Rs 3 Lacs for the course)

There is no stream in MCA like M.Tech. MCA is just like the BCA. You have to study all subjects in MCA instead selecting one stream.

It depends on what you're interested at mate. But if you are good at maths and technical aspects, you can go for B.Tech. Subsequently, you can go for M.Tech too. Or if you're good at computers, you can go with BCA and MCA.
