I will suggest you to go for a full-time course (regular) rather than a distance education, as full-time classroom programme will give you more exposure and learning. You will also get many more opportunities as compared to distance learning.

First of all, decide where you want to take admission and set your mind for that. Then, check the admission procedure of that college on the college website as the Admission procedure is different for different colleges. All the best for your future.

It depends on the college you are trying to apply. So, please specify the college name and for a rough idea it will cost you around 15 lacs in the tier two colleges. Reply to your comment:- for BCA+MCA in LPU Delhi you will need 4.5 lacs to 6.5 lacs. And integrated MCA will add some 50000 more to your cost of study. Upvote the answer if you are satisfied with or comment down if you need any help.

You need to register and apply. There is a written test that you need to appear for and the test is conducted by the GICED. After shortlisting, you will be called for personal interview based on marks obtained in written test. The final selection will be based on your performance in both, personal interview and written test.
