To join a three-year MCA course at NIT Trichy, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility requirements of the course as stated on the official website of NIT. To pursue this full-time PG-level course at NIT Trichy, candidates are required to pass graduation with Mathematics/ Statistics/ Business Mathematics as one of the subjects. Candidates must have obtained minimum 60% aggregate in the final examination of graduation. Candidates who are appearing for the final examinations of graduation are also eligible to apply.

Candidates must have graduated in computer applications, computer science, or a related field with a minimum of 50% aggregate in order to be admitted to the MCA program at Aditya Engineering College. You also need to qualify for the APICET exam and participate in the counselling process. The cutoff for the MCA course varies every year depending on the number of applicants, seats available, difficulty level of the exam, etc.

The highest package offered to the MCA students in the 2023 recruitment drive was INR 18.36 LPA by Lowe’s. The average package for the MCA course was INR 3.50 LPA. The college offers a three-year MCA program with an intake of 60 students. Admission is based on the AP ICET rank, and the eligibility criteria is a bachelor’s degree with mathematics as one of the subjects.
