Do you mean that you will study in India and look for a job in the US or study any of these in the US and work there? Whatever you mean, my recommendation goes for an MBA from a reputed university if you are interested in Business. If not, then first find out what you wish to do and go for it. All streams/courses have ample scope in the US or India.

Hello Biswajit, Absolutely fine to go with M.Tech but it all depends on you that how you want to utilize that degree. M.Tech will always make your preference over other competitors but that will all matter if you have gained knowledge like to be in M.Tech else it will just be a piece of paper with some great words.
MCA can also be enough for you if you have great knowledge of things and you have interest in that area
Good luck.
Thank you.

The answer is simply 'no'. MCA is a post-graduate course which you can't pursue without an undergraduate degree. So, you need to complete your class 12th and get a Bachelor's degree in hand for that.

MCA has better career options than MBA in IT. It depends on your career goals also. MCA is purely a technical field and MBA is purely management course. Although in MBA IT, you would be given technical knowledge also but it will be theoretical. It's purely based on managing the IT infrastructure and IT management. MCA includes software development and testing, etc. which a pure technical course. Both the fields have equal opportunities but MCA is slightly better.
