B.Sc IT would be a more suitable option for you.
Eligibility
Graduation and a bachelors degree obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. A relaxation of 5% aggregate is there for SC/ST candidates.

Hi,
Top US universities such as Harvard, MIT, etc. do accept 3-year Bachelors degree. However, there is no MCA abroad, this is specifically a degree only awarded by Indian universities. You may check for MS Computer Science, Applied Computing, etc.

Hi,
The eligibility for a lateral entry to MCA is successfully completion of PGDCA or ADIT course along with BCA from a recognized university or institute. However, every institute has its own eligibility criteria for admission to various programs. So, we would suggest you to directly contact the institute of your choice for admission related queries, as these rules might change time to time.
