You can apply for NIMCET exam, but if your mathematics is weak then you can't get a seat in NITs.

Yes, in order to be eligible for most of these Diploma programs you only need to be intermediate.

As for MCA, there is no entrance test, so some institute may admit student directly, but some institute conduct entrance test. It depends on the institute.

Cloud Computing (AWS and Azure)
Python, Json

IoT
Big Data
No SQL
DBA
CCNA
Cyber Security
Devops
Linux Basic
Docker container
Apart from above, you can still pursue MCA /MBA by distance education mode.
