The most feasible option I see for you is that after you complete your BCA and then you can do another 1-year course from an open university like IGNOU, which should complete your quota of 16 years. After that you can pursue an MS from a university in Canada.

Yes, it is possible.
MCA Eligibility:
Any graduate who has passed or appearing for the final year degree examination in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering or any approved University) is eligible to apply.
Candidates must have mathematics as a subject in their 10+2 course or any one year of graduation. BCA qualified candidates can also pursue MCA.

The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA course is 10+2 from a recognised board of education or equivalent, with minimum 50% marks in total and also having Mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination. Some colleges such as IGNOU, Symbiosis university, BVPDU etc allow non Maths students to seek admission in BCA. You are advised to seek admission in BCA and then you will be able to do MCA.
