Dear,
Yes, in the level of course structure and opportunities MCA and B.tech are equal. But after both the degree depend on particular knowledge, skills, understanding and commend over the coding, basic fundamentals of the IT sectors.

Going for M.Sc. After finishing B.Sc. is the first and best option. After M.Sc. one could also go for PhD program too! Another course that one could go for is MBA. It will instill Business and Management skills too and thus will help one enhance ones qualifications and value! If it is Legal Education that one is interested in, one may go for LL.B. course.

Jay, the eligibility for MCA is
Pass with 60% aggregate marks BCA or B.Sc.(Computer Science) or B.Sc.(Information Technology) or any Graduation with Computer Science as a subject for three years or Mathematics or Statistics or Business Maths or Business Statistics or QT as one of the subject at Graduation or 10+2 level) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST-2017.
Or
In case marks scored in graduation are 70% or above, then LPUNEST-2017 will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission.

I suggest MBA would be a better option because computer applications nowadays doesn't gain more scope so MBA would be peculiar and it would be a good option and opportunity for you to do dual specialisation in masters if you want to have a good career in your future you can choose MBA as the best option
