It completely depends on your interest.
But I will suggest you to do MBA because it will provide you good career options and good placements. If you choose good colleges for MBA, you will get good placements as well. MCA is also a good option.

Once you complete a Bachelors degree, you are considered a graduate. When you complete a Master degree, you are considered a post-graduate. As per the details you have provided, you became a graduate when you completed pursuing Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and you became a post-graduate when you completed Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
