Dear Jaspreet,
As you are in final year of BCA, you should do MCA after that because your basic is already cleared in BCA. But, if you want to do go for management field, you can pursue MBA but for that, you will have to work hard. You will have to pay keen interest towards your study.

Yes Manav. You should pursue B.Tech in software as you will have lots of opportunities. After that, you also can do MCA after B.Tech. Moreover, you can get a good package or placement.

To pursue MS or MCA in any of the countries mentioned, you have to pursue B.Tech or a degree. You also have to crack GRE to study in USA and some universities of Australia and Canada. You have to appear for IELTS or TOEFL. The minimum score in GRE is 300 and in IELTS is 6.5 or 80 in TOEFL to get admission in a decent university.
