Go for MCA. After MCA you will be treated as a software engineer. IT industry gives MCA, an equivalent status like B.Tech in CS/IT.

Both M.Sc CS & MCA are equally good courses. M.Sc CS students have a very good theoretical background of Computer Science subjects whereas MCA students have very good exposure on Computer Applications. Indian IT industry's primarily business and major revenue is from Application Development and Support projects because of which MCA graduates have minor edge over M.Sc graduates. However, I will suggest you evaluate and select degrees based on Institute's reputation, brand image and placement record not on whether it is M.Sc CS or MCA.
