IIM Jammu offers significant placements to its students. As per the 2025 stats, the highest package recorded during IIM Jammu MBA placements was INR 26.6 LPA. The average and median package recorded was 16.04 LPA and 15.8 LPA. More than 200 recruiters visited and 250 offers were made during IIM Jammu placement 2025 for MBA. A total of 24 PPOs were made in 2025.

Check below Experience Related Certificates required for admission at IIM Jammu:
1. Work experience Letter and Relieving Letter is required for all the past organizations/companies the applicant has worked with. The certificate must be on the company letterhead with seal and signature of the competent authority.
2. Service certificate is required from the current organization's/company's letterhead & issued by an appropriate competent authority with the seal and signature for those presently working. Candidates wishing to take admission in the PhD progarmme at IIM Jammu should have completed a Master's & Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% aggregate OR Professional qualification (CA, ICWA, CS) or BTech/BE with at least 50% aggregate OR Integrated Master's degree programme in any discipline with 60% aggregate. Age should be less than 40 years

Yes, admission is open at IIM Jammu for the academic session 2026. CAT exam is already over and results have been declared. The college is conducting selection rounds for MBA. JIPMAT registration for admission in five-year integrated programme is ongoing. PhD admission is also open. Last date to apply for JIPMAT is May 10, 2026.

IIM Jammu accepts variety of exams depending upon the course. The college accepts CAT score for admission into it's flagship course MBA. The college accepts the score of CAT/GMAT/GRE/GATE/JRF for PhD admissions. Admission into IPM programme is given based on score of JIPMAT scores.
