There are many opportunities after completing MCA. After completing BCA, there are many job opportunities but if you do not pursue MCA, then you salary would be low.

Yes, you can pursue MCA, graduate with 50% and mathematics as one of the subject in 12th are eligible for MCA.

Devoting one full year for MCA entrance exam preparation has its own merits and demerits. Dropping a year means that you will get sufficient amount of time to prepare for competitive exams.
