MCA stands for Master of Computer Application and PGDCA stands for Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Applications. MCA is a 3-year programme and PGDCA normally is a 1 to 1 and a half year programme. I hope I have cleared your doubts. All the best.

Both are equally rewarding. What matters is in which field you want to make a career in. If you're interested in the management field, then MBA is suitable for you.
