What was your stream in 12th? If you had science then you can only do MCA after any Bachelors degree.

As of now, MBA has broad career than MCA abroad. Appear for the exams like GMAT with IELTS to get into top universities.

Since you are from BCA background MCA is preferable. MBA is quite different from BCA terms. It's up to your interest then.
