As you have completed your B.Sc- IT with a good percentage, I think you should opt for MCA to have a firm footings in IT domain. After MCA, you can join a job preferably in IT domain. You can get 3 years of experienced, and then you can go for PGDM or Ex-MBA from a reputed B-school.

I appreciate your interest in pursuing MCA. There are hundreds of good colleges providing quality education and placements in MCA throughout the country. Listing all of them won't be feasible. Therefore, kindly provide the state where you are interested in pursuing the course for suggestions.

If you want to make career in the same field (Micro Biology), then, yes, you should go for M.Sc.
Then you can apply for CSIR NET Life Science exam, which is the national level eligibility test for Science students to pursue career as Junior Research fellow or a Lecturer.
There are other career options also available after qualifying CSIR NET Exam, like get a job in PSU or pursue PhD, work in CSIR Labs etc.

There is no MCA degree abroad. It is only awarded by Indian universities. You can opt for MS in CS or any field of your interest such as MIS, Animation, Software Engineering, Graphics etc. Take your IELTS or TOEFL. Exact requirements can be mentioned if you are sure about the country, requirements vary accordingly.
