MCA had never been so attracting option as it is at present. India being the no. 1 IT Industry in the world has made it so and created a plethora of opportunities for computer, management and IT graduates.
But, recently it has been noticed that MCA has to faced lack of job opportunity and quality prospect because of increasing number of IT and computer engineers.

Majority of Universities eligibility criteria for MCA is graduation degree with Maths at 10+2 stage. If you had Maths at 10+2 stage then you are eligible for MCA if your score is above 50% in BA degree.

You can do MCA after BA if you had Maths as a subject in class 12th board exams.

There are multiple job opportunities available in the field of IT for BCA & MCA graduates as developer or testers. As per NASSCOM, Indian IT Industry revenues grew by 13% in FY2015 and it added 2,30,000 employees in FY'15. NASSCOM has forecasted that IT industry exports will grow by 12-14% and domestic market by 15-17% in FY'2016. IT field has still excellent career opportunities.

If you are well qualified you need not necessarily do a course. But pursuing a full time course in the country abroad gives you certain benefits such as degree recognition, post study work permit, PR options etc. English proficiency tests like TOEFL or IELTS are also required. Study as per your career plans. You will know the kind of jobs you are looking for. For more information on jobs you must refer to job portals. I don't think you will find job vacancy information here.

There is no MCA degree abroad. You will find MS programs in computer sciences and related fields.
