Assuming that your target is to get a job in IT industry, MCA is more than enough. You should complete your MCA from the best possible college. If I am wrong in my assumption, I think then you want to do M.Tech and might want to make your career in the teaching field. But in both the cases, you must do MCA from the best possible college because circumstances may change.

Hello Gaurav,
If you wish to remain completely in the technical line, you should go for MCA. An MCA graduate is considered equivalent to a B.Tech graduate in terms of knowledge provided in the syllabus.
On the other hand, MBA provides you the knowledge to manage a business and its administration. It comes out quite useful, if you are planning to start your own business later on.
Both the streams are equally good with ample opportunities. Which stream do you want to choose depends on your interest.
You need to have a minimum of 60 percent or 6.0 CGPA (First class division) in BCA to be able to take admission in MCA or MBA in most of the col

If you have interest, than you should go for this. But, my personal advice is that if you have good basic knowledge of programming and basic fundamental of computer than only go for MCA. Otherwise, you can look for another options like PGDM or MBA.

Not possible. I doubt if I am wrong. You have to get a Bachelors degree before you pursue your Masters.

Being in CS, MCA is a better option. This degree is equivalent to the B.Tech degree and hence give the equality of being an engineer. Also, the course content and plan in MCA is better suited with industry demands. If you want to be in IT, prefer MCA. If you want to be a part of teaching field, you can do M.Sc also. But not recommended from my side.

BE from CSE branch will provide you more job offers as compared to MCA. After BE, you can opt for job or go for further technical education through M.Tech. Many IT companies have BE from CSE branch as their first choice while recruiting.
