You can do it from ignou without any doubt though that's valid degree and value of its study module But if you can than go for Regular mode for your study.
Through regular mode you will get more experience in study and get the chance of placement too if you do it from good college or university.

first you should do bca.mca is a master course you can do it after a graduate degree .
