No, MDU Rohtak admissions are not tough for hardworking students. All a student has to do is prepare for the entrance exams beforehand. The accepted entrance exams are JEE Main, HSTES, and others. Students must prepare well for the JEE Main exams by practicing the sample papers. In this way, the admission chances can be increased.

MDU Rohtak is known for its green campus which is neat and clean. As per the Shiksha verified review, "The college is very good, and the library has almost all the books required for research purposes. In addition, there is wifi in the hostel and labs." The university is well-secured by the presence of safety guards. There are CCTV cameras installed at the university. Hence, new and old students can study in peace without any security concerns.

MDU Rohtak provides hostel facility to both boys and girls. The university prepares a merit list based on certain parameters to offer hostel to students. Below is the criteria for getting hostel at MDU Rohtak:
Distance (Max score: 20)
The score for distance is calculated by taking 5% of distance up to a maximum of 20 marks.
Academic Merit (Max score: 30)
The academic merit is calculated by taking 30% of the marks obtained in the qualifying academic programme.

Pros of studying at MDU Rohtak

- The university infratsructure is quite good.
