Aswin you can either opt for M.Tech or do MBA. For choosing between the two you need to probe yourself and find out what kind of career you would like for yourself. If it is technical oriented or in reasearch based or in the education field then opt for M.Tech.

If your asking about my branch(mechanical) it's really good. In my college they give you a lot of exposure and also the professors are really knowledgable. You can always approach them and they will definitely give you a satisfying answer.

You should choose it as your area of interest. You should review your B.Tech courses which ever is your favorite subjects. You may go for manufacturing or production or any other branches of your interest. But it is also important, in which college you are getting admission, if you get some IITs,it is best.

Dear Rama, Indeed the best country is Germany for doing Ms in Mechanical Engineering but it really depends on your future aspirations. What undergrad you have done & how much you have scored is also important besides when you completed the same. Lastly countries like USA would require you to have GRE & TOEFL besides good academic scores where as UK, Canada or Australia may only require TOEFL/IELTS.
