You can get BPT course in those colleges which doesn't require NEET score. Otherwise you have to be in Rank to get into colleges which requires NEET exam.

According to Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) rules, the security deposit amount is forfeited in two cases:
1: When a student who has been allotted a seat in the 2nd or subsequent rounds does not join the respective institution or vacates their medical seat due to any reason.
2: When a student provides incorrect information during registration, causing the admissions authorities to cancel their seat. However, based on previous year's trends, with AIR 57404, you have fewer chances of getting admission into government medical institutes with an open category.
