Hi Khushi,
Yes, in BDS NEET eligibility is must as NEET is conducted for admission in the MBBS and BDS Colleges only. So, a candidate willing to do BDS must qualify NEET.

Mostly, 11th standard syllabus holds a slight more weightage than 12th standard syllabus and it varies from 55-60% for class 11th and 40-45% for class 12th.
