You can get into IISC Bangalore only if you have Maths as a subject also in your 12th Class. If you have then you can get admission in IISC Bangalore with 500 marks as, you will just have to appear in an interview round where students are short listed based on interview.

Dropping for NEET is a best option only if you really want to be a Doctor. Apart from it on before dropping you should be thorough with the mistakes you have done so that those mistakes should not be carried forward and apart from hardwork believe in smart work such that you can easily clear NEET in next attempt.
