Yes, after acquiring 350+ marks in NEET, you may get admission in the semi-government (private unaided) medical colleges in Maharashtra in state and management quota especially if you belong to a reserved category. Colleges like Terna Medical College, BKL Walawalkar, or Dr.Ulhas Patil Medical College may have seats in later CAP rounds.
