No, if a candidate has not appeared for the NEET exam, it is not possible for them to get admission into any government or private medical college for medical courses like MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) or BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery). NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is a mandatory entrance examination for admission to medical and dental colleges in India.

As your rank is 92700 in NEET and category rank of 2.85 Lacs in OBC category, there is no chance of getting admission in any government MBBS college. 

If your Financial condition is very  good then there is still less chance of getting admission in Private MBBS clg.

You can choose Private Dental clg.

Yes, several government colleges offer Bsc. Nursing programs through NEET, and their fees varySome top colleges include AIIMS, JIPMER And BHU.The fees at these institutions range from 1,600 TO 3,600 per annaum

After that they need to click on the SMFWBEE 2025 result or login link, enter your registration or roll number and date of birth, and your scorecard will be displayed on the screen. Download and save the result for counseling and admission purposes.
