Your chance of getting into a government college for BHMS based on your marks is very difficult, looking at the cut-offs. However, usually, the admissions are based on merit and cut-off marks set by the respective college. You can check the previous years' cut-off marks for BHMS in government colleges and compare them with your marks to get an idea of your chances. If the cut-off is higher than your marks, then you may have to consider private colleges.

With a NEET PG 2023 score of 430, it is impossible to know if you can enrol in a government medical college to study medicine because the admission cutoffs change each year and depend on things like the number of applicants and the availability of seats. However, you could get admitted to several government medical colleges with a score of 430. It is advised that you look into the cutoffs for the universities you are thinking about applying to as well as other possibilities like private medical schools or state quota seats.
