It depends upon your state like in Maharashtra VJNT caste comes under obc and fees cutoff will be same for both and if B.Pharma you do from private colleges then fees is same regardless of your caste annual charges are generally 90000-1.24lacs in private.

Candidates must have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as optionals conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognised by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh, as equivalent thereto. TS EAMCET is also an option for getting admission in this.

Cutoffs for different colleges affiliated to DU are different. General cutoff expected for B.A. MS is rank between 20k to 40k (thousand) under this rank for general category.
