AIIMS paramedical exam, NEET PG, SAAT, IGNOU, OPENMAT and AJEE are national-level paramedical entrance exams.

No you are not eligible for AIIMS first clear your 12th board pass in all subject separately like in Physics Chemistry Biology. Then you are eligible for AIIMS.

After 10 go with Science subjects which is bio, Chemistry Physics and with your 12th board prepare yourself for NEET exam for MBBS Degree or if you don't want to get MBBS Degree. B pharmacy is better option.
