It could be dayalbagh Educational institute, Agra. In my knowledge there is no dayalbagh medical college. But answer to your question for BHMS cutoff you have to clear eligibility criteria of NEET and you need minimum of 300-400 marks for BHMS admission in government medical college.

Medical degrees are not authorised for distance education you need to be on campus and if any university or college is providing it that's need to be authorised by medicinal authority.

50 percentile is the latest cutoff for general merit student from NEET PG point of view at LV Prasad Eye Institute. The Cutoff is mentioned from 2022 year point of view. It may fluctuate due to increased competitive reasons.
