NEET is an all India common entrance examination for the medical aspirants to get into the undergraduate courses in both government and private colleges. Admissions into B.A. MS colleges are done in three ways
Government
Semi government
Private
The minimum marks required for a general category student to get into the government colleges is 400
For semi government it is between 300 to 350
For private it is 250 to 300. So, the candidate cannot join any colleges, but try for the management quota seats in private colleges
Goodluck.

The AIIMS entrance is not rocket Science. You just need to know your BASICS right, be it conceptual or practical based. Any institute be it private, government, central is equipped enough to prepare you for it. You have nothing to worry. It's up-to you to utilize the resources available! One preconceived notion can hamper your ability. Block that and your set!
Good luck :). .
